Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated U-PreK Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the development and education of young children.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
– Create a safe and supportive learning environment
– Conduct activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
– Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
– Monitor and document children’s progress and behavior
– Collaborate with other teachers to coordinate curriculum
Skills:
– Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
– Strong understanding of child development theories and practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each child
Preferred Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Experience with diverse student populations
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
